By using the Skillshare Services, including by uploading a “Class” (a pre-recorded instructional video or set of videos offered to Students via the Skillshare Services), or other Teacher-related content to any Skillshare website or other Services, maintaining your Skillshare account, or participating in the Skillshare Referral program, as well as if you receive payment from Skillshare for a Teacher-related activity, you agree to these Skillshare Teacher/Host Rules and Requirements (“Rules and Requirements”), which are in addition to the Skillshare Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. To the extent the Skillshare Terms of Service are inconsistent with these Rules and Requirements, these Rules and Requirements will control. Any capitalized terms that are not defined in these Rules and Requirements are defined as specified in the Terms of Service. In these Rules and Requirements, the words “including” and ”include” mean “including, but not limited to.” Use of the term “you” or similar words (like “your”) refers in each instance hereunder to a Teacher.
Skillshare reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify any service or program, or the Rules and Requirements, at any time, in its sole discretion. If a significant change is made to the Rules and Requirements, we will provide reasonable notice either by email, by posting a notice in the Teacher Dashboard, or otherwise by posting on the Skillshare Services. By accessing the Services at any time after such changes, you are agreeing to those changes. You are advised to check the Rules and Requirements from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

III. Teacher Payments
I. Teacher Content
As between you and Skillshare and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain ownership over and are responsible for any and all video, audio, text, photos, pictures, graphics, comments, and all other content, data, or information that you upload, store, transmit, submit, exchange, offer for sale, or make available to or via the Services (“Your Content“) except where the content is created on behalf of Skillshare as a “work-made-for-hire,” at which point the content is owned by Skillshare and is not Your Content. You agree that Your Content remains your sole responsibility. Your Content includes any content you have previously uploaded, stored, transmitted, submitted, exchanged, offered for sale, or made available to or via the Skillshare platform.
A. Teacher Content Requirements and Representations
You will not upload, store, distribute, send, transmit, display, perform, offer for sale, make available, or otherwise communicate to the public any content (including any of Your Content) that you do not hold the necessary rights to. In particular, any unauthorized use of copyright protected works within Your Content may constitute an infringement of third party rights and is strictly prohibited. Any such infringements may result, among other things, in removal of your Content from the Service, termination of your access to the Service, and coverage by you of any resulting claims or damages.
You represent and warrant to Skillshare as follows:
- Your Content is original work to you, or you have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary in order for Your Content to be used as part of the Service, including the right to upload, reproduce, store, transmit, distribute, share, publicly display, publicly perform, offer for sale, make available (including for watching offline), otherwise communicate to the public, and sublicense Your Content.
- Your Content and its availability on the Service does not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including any intellectual property rights, performers’ rights, rights of privacy or publicity, or any confidentiality-related restrictions.
- You have obtained all necessary consents, permissions, and/or releases from anyone appearing in Your Content in order to include their name, voice, performance, or likeness in Your Content or to otherwise make available Your Content on the Service. You confirm that you will retain all original releases and maintain complete and accurate release records and shall share any such documents with Skillshare upon request.
- If Your Content includes third-party design elements, including fonts, clipart, sprites, vectors, and brush tools, the end user license agreement, terms of service, or the equivalent license held by you allows you to incorporate such elements in Your Content, and to license Your Content to Skillshare on the terms herein.
- If Your Content contains music, lyrics, and/or sound recordings, you own or have acquired all rights to use such music, lyrics, and/or sound recordings from the owner of the copyright of such music, lyrics, and/or sound recordings sufficient to permit the publication of Your Content on a Skillshare owned and operated platform.
- To the extent that Your Content contain identifiable third parties or landmark(s), you represent that you have obtained written consent and/or model and property release(s) of those third parties or landmarks pictured, to use such third party’s or landmark’s name or likeness and grant Skillshare all of the license rights necessary to display Your Content on a Skillshare owned and operated platform. You also warrant that each such third party has released you from any liability that may arise in relation to such use.
- Your Content does not and will not create any liability on the part of Skillshare, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns, and their respective employees, agents, directors, officers, and/or shareholders.
- Your content complies with our Community Guidelines and Teaching Policies.
Notwithstanding the fact that Skillshare has no legal obligation to monitor the content on the Service, Skillshare reserves the right to block, remove, or delete any content at any time, and to limit or restrict access to any content, for any reason and without liability, including if we have reason to believe that such content does or might infringe the rights of any third party, has been uploaded or posted in violation of these Rules and Requirements, our Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or is otherwise unacceptable to Skillshare, in its sole discretion. Skillshare reserves the right to remove Your Content, suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and/or pursue all legal remedies if we believe that any of Your Content infringes another person's rights or violates any law, rule, or regulation.
B. Skillshare Trademarks
While you act in the capacity of a Teacher, and subject to the requirements below, you may use our trademarks (e.g. the Skillshare name or any of the Skillshare trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features, as well as the same for any other Skillshare brands) solely as we authorize you to do so and solely in compliance with the following.
You must:

- use our trademarks in a misleading or disparaging way;
- use our trademarks in a way that implies that we endorse, sponsor, or approve of Your Content or services; or
- use our trademarks in a way that violates applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, offensive, or unlawful topic or material.
C. The Rights Teachers Grant to Skillshare
For Teachers Outside of the E.U. and the U.K.:
By agreeing to these Rules and Requirements, and by submitting Your Content to the Services or offering Your Content for sale on the Services, you grant to Skillshare a worldwide, perpetual, fully sublicensable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, access, view, crop, resize, index, analyze, categorize, archive, copy, license, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform and publicly display, prepare derivative works incorporating, sell, advertise, and market any of Your Content in any form, medium, or technology, including any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any lawful purpose, including the distribution of Your Content to Skillshare customers and partners, to optimize the performance and operation of the Services, and/or to develop new features and products on or for the Service. You also grant Skillshare a worldwide, perpetual, fully sublicensable, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use your name, display name, image, likeness, and performance in connection with Your Content and other information, any features or functionality related to those materials or other information, as well as in connection with Skillshare’s marketing and promotional activities and the sublicensing of Your Content in any and all media now known or hereafter devised without the payment of any compensation to you other than as described in the Teacher Payment and Teacher Referral sections below.
You authorize Skillshare to sublicense these rights to Your Content to third parties, including to Students or other users or viewers directly and through third parties such as partners, resellers, distributors, affiliate sites, and deal sites, which may include the use of your name, display name, image, likeness, performance, and/or Your Content for marketing and promotional activities carried out by the third party. You also give permission to Skillshare to add, modify, or remove information related to Your Content in order to manage and license Your Content. This includes the right to add captions or otherwise modify Your Content to ensure accessibility.
Skillshare, in the exercise of its discretion, may refrain from any or all of the foregoing without any liability to you. Skillshare may advertise and/or market Your Content in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Giphy, Vimeo, Reddit, and Twitch, as well as similar sites and/or applications now known or hereinafter developed.
For Teachers In the E.U. and the U.K.:
By agreeing to these Rules and Requirements, and by submitting Your Content to Skillshare or offering Your Content for sale on a Skillshare owned and operated platform, you grant to Skillshare, during the full term of protection, a worldwide, sublicensable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, access, view, crop, resize, index, analyze, categorize, archive, copy, license, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform and publicly display, prepare derivative works incorporating, sell, advertise, and market any of Your Content on (1) the Service (including a Skillshare owned and operated platform); (2) a platform owned, managed, and/or hosted by a third party with whom Skillshare has entered into a written agreement to host, display, and publicly perform content; or (3) on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Giphy, Vimeo, Reddit, and Twitch ((1) - (3) hereinafter referred to as “Content Platforms”), including the distribution of Your Content to Skillshare customers and partners, to optimize the performance and operation of Skillshare’s platform and services, and to develop new features and products.
You also grant Skillshare a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use your name, display name, image, likeness, performance, and Your Content in connection with the submitted materials and other information, any features or functionality related to those materials or other information, as well as in connection with Skillshare’s marketing and promotional activities and the sublicensing of Your Content, on all Content Platforms without the payment of any compensation to you other than as described in the Teacher Payment and Teacher Referral sections below.
Remuneration for this sublicensing will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to you prior to effectuation.
For All Teachers:
Unless otherwise agreed, you have the right to remove all or any portion of Your Content from the Services and/or opt-out of the inclusion of Your Content in any sublicensing programs that Skillshare enters into with third-party partners. To request such removal or opt-out, you must email Skillshare at teach@skillshare.com. Your email must state your intention to remove Your Content and/or opt out and must specify the content that is related to your request, including a link to where it can be found on the Services. Except as otherwise agreed, Skillshare will typically require at least 120 days to comply with your request and Your Content may remain on the Services and be included for sublicensing purposes in the interim. Notwithstanding any such request, Skillshare’s right to use Your Content for marketing purposes shall survive termination or such removal, and any rights given to Students before the removal of Your Content, will continue in accordance with the terms of those licenses (including any grants of lifetime access).
You will continue being paid, where applicable, until Your Content is removed, including during the period after you request removal or opt-out, but before we are able to effectuate that removal or opt-out, and we may continue distributing or marketing Your Content during this period.
II. Rules for Teachers
A. Applying to Teach
Absent permission from Skillshare otherwise, all Teachers who have not previously published a Class on the Service or offered other content or services on the Service may be required to submit an application in order to have the ability to publish a Class or Classes on any platform that Skillshare owns or operates or to offer other content or services, including 1-on-1 Sessions. Approval of your application is not guaranteed. Skillshare will determine, in its sole discretion, whether you are eligible to publish content to a Skillshare platform or offer other content or services, without liability to you. Any information you include in your application will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Additional terms may be shared with you as part of the application process. By completing and submitting an application, you agree to those terms.
B. Rules of Conduct
When you publish a Class on the Service or otherwise make use of the Service for purposes related to teaching, advising, or mentoring, you agree that:
- We set the price of a subscription to all or any part of the Service, and that price is subject to change, including with respect to taxes, all at our sole discretion;
- You will honor any enrollments through the Service or any related platforms at the price and time listed in the Service, and will not refuse enrollments or participation by any Student for any discriminatory or other illegal reason;
- You will provide and maintain accurate account information;
- Classes or other content posted are publicly available to be viewed and accessed by any Student, unless otherwise specifically designated by Skillshare;
- You grant us the right to place advertisements on Your Content at our sole discretion;
- You are qualified to teach the Classes or offer the content that you list with the Service and that you will at all times conduct yourself in a professional manner and in compliance with all applicable laws;
- Your Students may have the ability to post a review about (1)you; (2) any Class or other content you publish; (3) any service that you offer on the Services; or (4) any content or other items you offer for sale. We cannot control the contents of any such review, and will not be held responsible for any information or opinions that a user may include in any such review;
- You may choose to remove material from your Class or other content and will continue to own such content, but we will continue to have the right to use that content and to provide it to Students who have paid for or enrolled in your Class; and
- To the extent any content is created on behalf of Skillshare as a work-made-for-hire (for example, when we film and/or edit the content), you grant us full ownership of that content. It is at our sole discretion to remove, add, or edit such content.
You also agree that you will not:
- Submit any content to, or offer any content for sale on, the Service that violates, plagiarizes, misappropriates, or infringes the rights of third parties, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark rights, rights of privacy or publicity, confidential information, or any other third party material, or material that is subject to other third party rights, unless you have permission from the rightful rights holder in such material;
- Submit or offer for sale any content that is abusive, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, that promotes or incites violence, terrorism, illegal acts, or hatred on the grounds of race, ethnicity, cultural identity, religious belief, disability, gender, identity, or sexual orientation, or is otherwise objectionable in Skillshare’s reasonable determination;
- Submit or offer for sale content that violates the Skillshare Community Guidelines, which may be occasionally updated;
- Post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation through the Services or to any user;
- Use the Service for business other than providing teaching or related services to Students;
- Use any data or other information you receive about Students for any purpose other than providing your services to those Students on the Service;
- Solicit additional personal data (beyond that described above) from Students or store Students’ personal data outside the Service; or
- Employ any techniques or make use of any services designed to misrepresent the popularity of Your Content on the Service, or to misrepresent your activity on the Service, including by the use of bots, botnets, scripts, apps, plugins, extensions, or other automated means to register accounts, log in, add followers to your account, play content, follow or unfollow other users, send messages, post comments, or otherwise to act on your behalf, particularly where such activity occurs in a multiple or repetitive fashion.
Skillshare reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to delete any Class or other content at any time and for any reason.
III. Teacher Payments
When you host a Class or Classes on the Service you may be eligible to receive royalty payments each month. The amount of payment you receive from royalty payments is based on a total payout amount that will vary, and that Skillshare will determine periodically (the “Skillshare Teacher Fund” or “Fund”). Details on how the Fund is determined, and on how we pay Teachers more generally, can be found here. The current total payout amount can be found here.
In order for you to earn royalty payment from the Fund during a month (“Teacher Fund Payments”), you must meet the following conditions:
- You must comply with these Rules and Requirements and the Governing Documents; and
- You must accrue a minimum of 75 total minutes watched by Students on the Service across all of your published Classes on the Service in such month.
If during a given month, you haven’t reached the 75 minutes watched minimum, you will not earn and you will not receive any Teacher Fund Payment for that month. If you cancel your account prior to your accrued earnings reaching the 75 minutes watched minimum for that month, you will forfeit payment for all minutes watched for that month. More information on how we calculate Teacher Fund Payments in particular can be found here.
Skillshare will pay out the Teacher Fund Payments for a particular month on or around the 16th of the month following the time in which it is accrued. For new Teachers, Teacher Fund Payments begin the month following the month in which a Teacher publishes their first Class on the Service (provided the conditions above are met).
You may have the opportunity to earn additional revenue by offering on the Service content for sale or other services such as 1-on-1 Sessions and Live Sessions. Additional terms for participating in such opportunities can be found here and by participating in such opportunities, you also agree to those terms:
- Skillshare 1-on-1 Session Host Terms and Conditions
- Skillshare Live Sessions Host Terms and Conditions
- Skillshare Digital Products Terms and Conditions for Sellers
A. Payment for Additional Programs
Skillshare offers now and/or may in the future offer several additional opportunities in which you may be eligible to participate. These opportunities may be able to help increase your revenue potential on Skillshare. These opportunities include: engaging with Students on the platform; participating in Skillshare-sponsored contests or giveaways; assisting other Skillshare Teachers in various capacities; or via sublicensing or distribution opportunities. These additional opportunities, or other opportunities that may be developed in the future, may be limited to certain Teachers or groups of Teachers at Skillshare’s sole discretion, and as a result, the earning opportunities for Teachers on the platform may differ from Teacher to Teacher. For more information, see our Help Center.
B. How Payments Work
Skillshare makes all Teacher Fund Payments and other payments (together, “Skillshare Teacher Payments”) in U.S. dollars (USD) regardless of the currency with which the applicable transaction was made. Skillshare is not responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees, wiring fees, or any other processing fees. For us to pay you for any Teacher Fund Payment, you must be registered with Tipalti, our payment processor, be in good standing, and must keep us informed of the correct email associated with your account. You must also provide any identifying information or tax documentation (such as a W-9 or W-8) necessary for payment of amounts due, and you agree that we have the right to withhold applicable taxes from your payments.
Payments related to functionality on Superpeer.com, including 1-on-1 Sessions, Live Sessions, and Digital Downloads require registration with Wise, the payment processor used by Superpeer.com. Payment for other Skillshare-related opportunities may require registration with other third-parties, and details regarding such payments and any such registration requirements will be provided to you separately as a part of information provided about such opportunities.
If you do not register fully with Tipalti, Wise, or any other required payment processor, and do not provide us with the necessary information and documentation, you will not earn any Skillshare Teacher Payments until you meet those requirements. Any Skillshare Teacher Payment you might have earned before meeting those requirements will be forfeited. We reserve the right to withhold payments or impose other penalties if we do not receive proper identifying information or tax documentation from you. You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for any taxes on your income.
Information that you supply to Tipalti and Wise is not stored by us or within our control, and is subject to Tipalti’s and/or Wise's own privacy policies and terms and conditions. Skillshare is not responsible for fees, if any, charged by Tipalti, Wise, or other payment processors. Skillshare disclaims all liability with regard to Tipalti, Wise, and any other payment processors. You have 30 days from the time at which a payment was or should have been made to report any discrepancies. After 30 days, you have waived your right to raise a dispute concerning that payment.
You agree that Skillshare’s sole responsibility is to process payments and pay Teachers pursuant to the current payout model. Skillshare is not party to any transaction between any Student and/or Teacher and cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from any such transaction.
Skillshare reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments to you if we deem, in our sole judgment and absolute discretion, that you engaged in behavior that violated any part of these Rules and Requirements, our Terms of Service, our Class Quality Guidelines, or our Community Guidelines or any other Governing Document.
If Skillshare makes an overpayment of royalties or other compensation to you for any reason, Skillshare shall have the right to deduct the amount of such overpayment from your accrued Skillshare Teacher Payments or to demand the immediate repayment of such overpaid royalties or other sums. Skillshare may also recoup sums provided to you in connection with refunds or chargebacks by deducting applicable sums credited to your account.
If a Student that has purchased content or a service from you files a dispute with their bank regarding your content or offering, we will fight the dispute on your behalf, though we may request information from you to assist us in doing so. You will be fully and solely responsible for the amount of the dispute, as well as a $15 USD dispute fee. These amounts will be withdrawn from and/or credited against any Skillshare Teacher Payments that you otherwise would have received, including future Skillshare Teacher Payments. If at the time of the dispute there are not enough funds connected with your Skillshare Teacher Payments to cover the fee and the disputed amounts, we may pull funds from your connected bank account or credit card, if any. Skillshare may deactivate and/or remove from the Services Teachers who generate significant numbers of such disputes, at our sole discretion.
Skillshare may provide you with a link to a Class that you have published to the Service that permits others to view your Class via that link without being a Skillshare member (a “Free Access Link”). Any time that an individual spends watching your Class via a Free Access Link will not be counted as minutes watched for that Class and will not count towards your Teacher Fund Payment determination or your minimum minutes watched requirement. Any Free Access Link provided to you is for personal use only. Free Access Links cannot be used for commercial purposes, including in exchange for payment or as a benefit for Students or others who have paid you outside of Skillshare.
IV. Teacher Referral Program
The Skillshare Teacher Referral Program (“Referral Program”) is a revenue sharing plan applicable to Teachers that introduce a Skillshare membership to a new Student (“Referred Student”) using one of the Teacher’s specific referral links. Under the Referral Program, a Teacher who has a Class live on the Skillshare platform that is available to Skillshare users is entitled to a percentage of certain revenue received from a Referred Student who signs up for a Skillshare membership, with Skillshare being entitled to the remaining percentage. To qualify as a Referred Student, the Student must be new to Skillshare and must not have been a previous Skillshare subscribing member. A description of the current revenue share percentages applicable to Teachers and how it is calculated is available here. Skillshare reserves the right to revise the revenue share applicable to the Referral Program, and any ongoing obligations to receive revenue share from time to time, at its sole discretion, upon reasonable prior notice to Teacher. Such notice will be provided by email or by posting in the Teacher Dashboard on the Service.
A. Revenue Share
How it Works
On a monthly basis, we calculate the gross amount of the membership fees actually received by Skillshare in that month from subscribing Referred Students (“Membership Payments“). From this, we subtract any transaction taxes paid by Referred Students as well as any refunds processed in that month for Referred Students (“Net Membership Payments“). After we have calculated the Net Membership Payments and performed necessary risk and abuse checks, you will receive a percentage of the Net Membership Payments (“Referral Earnings”).
Refunds
You acknowledge and agree that Students may have the right to receive a refund, as detailed in the Terms of Service and/or our Refund Policy. You will not receive any referral or other earnings from transactions for which a refund has been granted under our policies. You also acknowledge that we have the right to change our Refund Policy without notice to you. You are advised to check the Refund Policy from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.
Special Promotions
From time to time, Teachers may be offered special promotions and special links or coupon codes to use (“Special Promotions“). These Special Promotions may be offered to some, but not all Teachers, depending upon the Teacher’s status, geographic location, or for other reasons, including referrals for our Skillshare for Teams product. Such Special Promotions are for a limited time and will give Teachers (and in some cases, Referred Students) additional perks and rewards. Additional terms, including expiration dates for any Special Promotion, will be provided with the Special Promotion.
Receiving Payments
We will pay your Referral Earnings, in arrears, on or around the 16th of each month. Skillshare makes all Teacher payments, including your Referral Earnings, in U.S. dollars (USD) regardless of the currency with which the sale was made. Skillshare is not responsible for your foreign currency conversion fees, wiring fees, or any other processing fees that you may incur. In order for you to earn Referral Earnings, you must be registered with Tipalti, our payment processor, in good standing and must keep us informed of the correct email associated with your account. You must also provide any identifying information or tax documentation (such as a W-9 or W-8) necessary for payment of amounts due, and you agree that we have the right to withhold appropriate taxes from your payments. If you do not register fully with Tipalti and do not provide us with the necessary tax information and documentation, you will not earn any Referral Earnings until you meet those requirements. Any Referral Earnings you might have earned before meeting those requirements will be forfeit. We reserve the right to withhold payments or impose other penalties if we do not receive proper identifying information or tax documentation from you. You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for any taxes on your income.
B. Inappropriate Behavior
Skillshare reserves the right to (i) request and receive information from Teachers about any Referred Students, including but not limited to information with respect to traffic sources and methods used to acquire the Referred Student, and (ii) assess the legitimacy and qualification of such Referred Student for the purposes of determining whether Referral Earnings are payable for such Referred Student.
Skillshare may prohibit anyone from participating in the Referral Program or receiving Referral Earnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that such Teacher or Referred Student is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Referral Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Skillshare users, or representatives of Skillshare or causing annoyance, abuse, threats, or harassment of any Skillshare users or representatives of Skillshare. Skillshare reserves the right to disqualify anyone, cancel Referral Earnings, disable or suspend an account, and contact legal authorities (including law enforcement), if it should discover a user is tampering with the entry or referral process or the operation of the Referral Program or violating these Rules and Requirements, in its sole discretion. Referrals generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Referral Program, we reserve the right to cancel, change, or suspend the Referral Program.
Actions which could give rise to Skillshare voiding your Referral Earnings, terminating your eligibility to earn Referral Earnings, terminating your account, or the accounts of Skillshare members you refer, include:
- Opening multiple accounts, including with different email addresses, for the same person in order to generate additional Referral Earnings;
- Referring Students using spam or mass emails, texts or messages, automated bots, advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited emails, or links on message boards or forums;
- Using false names, impersonating other people, or otherwise providing false or misleading information to us;
- Offering any incentive to others to register new accounts;
- Acting in a manner that does not respect the spirit of the Referral Program or engaging in any actions that are designed to disrupt or undermine the Referral Program;
- Engaging in behavior designed to annoy or harass others;
- Engaging in actions that disparage or malign or call into question the reputation of Skillshare, in Skillshare’s sole discretion;
- Violating these Rules and Requirements or any other of Skillshare’s existing or future policies or terms and conditions in any way; or
- Participating in the Referral Program if doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations.
C. Privacy
Participation in the Referral Program may require a Referred Student and/or a Teacher to submit personal information about themselves. We will collect, process, and use that personal information in accordance with Skillshare’s Privacy Policy. In addition, Skillshare may use personal information to contact Teachers or Referred Students with regards to participation in the Referral Program and to receive communications from Skillshare or third-party administrators of the Referral Program.
V. Deleting a Teacher Account
Instructions on how to delete your Teacher account are available here. We'll use commercially reasonable efforts to make any remaining scheduled payments that are owed to you before deleting your account. You understand that if students have previously enrolled in or purchased Your Content, your name and that content may remain accessible to those students after your account is deleted. If you need help or encounter difficulty deleting your account, you can contact us via our Help Center.
If you would like Your Content removed from any Skillshare-related sublicensing arrangement, please see Section I.C. above and follow the instructions specified there.
