6. Use of Automated Systems
Skillshare uses automated systems to detect patterns associated with fraud, abuse, and coordinated inauthentic activity. Automated detection may result in account deactivation. All automated decisions are subject to human review through the appeals process. Overturned decisions are tracked to evaluate accuracy and inform safeguards.
7. Training and Support for Moderators
Skillshare’s Trust & Safety team and contracted reviewers receive training on Skillshare policies, DSA notice requirements, and internal workflows before handling user reports. Training is refreshed when policies or workflows change to ensure consistent and accurate enforcement.
